Daily Use

A Simple Daily AI Routine That Stays Useful

A lightweight system for using AI every day without turning your workflow into a mess.

Most AI workflows become noisy because they start with too many tools.

The routine that tends to stick is much smaller:

1. Capture questions quickly

Keep one running note for repeated tasks, unclear ideas, and things you keep needing to explain. These become the best prompts later.

2. Use one model for first drafts

Start with a single default tool for writing, summarising, and rough ideation. Consistency matters more than chasing every model release.

3. Save the prompts that worked

If a prompt helps once, turn it into a repeatable block. A tiny library of reusable prompts is better than starting from scratch each time.

4. Review where the AI was weak

The useful habit is not just noticing where the output was good. It is noticing where judgment still had to come from you.

That is usually where the real workflow improves.
